Soulac-sur-Mer is home to the Soulac-La Runde airfield, a civilian airfield open to the public. The airfield is mainly used for leisure and tourism activities. It is managed by the Soulac-sur-Mer town council. The airfield has a fleet of aircraft including models such as the Diamond Star DA 40 TDI 135 CV, the Robin DR400-150CV and the Cessna F 172 M. These aircraft are used for introductory flights, first flights and trips. Visitors can enjoy a 30-minute flight to discover Soulac-sur-Mer, Le Verdon, the Gironde estuary and the Cordouan lighthouse. You can also take part in intensive flying courses to obtain your "brevet d'initiation aéronautique". The airfield also offers boxes for vacation equipment.

Aéroclub Montalivet is a flying club located in Vendays-Montalivet. It offers flights for licensed pilots, as well as training courses for those wishing to obtain their pilot's license. Imagine the Marais Poitevin from the air - what a marvel! You fly over the wet and dry marshes between land and sea. Sud-Ouest Montgolfière is a tourist ballooning agency based in Pau. They offer several balloon flight packages to discover the region's natural beauty. Once the flight has been scheduled, passengers are welcomed by the flight team, who explain the flight procedure and safety instructions. Passengers help prepare the balloon before boarding with the other passengers. The flight lasts at least 45 minutes, and includes safety briefings, participation in the inflation and storage of the balloon, a toast by the balloonist and the return to the launch site by car. Flights take place in the morning, and passengers can choose their launch site between the Pau region, Oloron Sainte Marie, Val d'Azun or Salies de Béarn.
