At H2O, you'll have a fun-filled introduction to one of the Basque country's most popular sports: surfing. Fred and Jean-Christophe, the 2 instructors who have been at the helm since 1996, will introduce you to the pleasures of riding the waves, the natural environment associated with surfing, and the magnificent seascapes, particularly during Stand Up Paddle outings. Supervised by qualified instructors, lessons are given on the beaches of Bidart, on waves that are not too powerful, but enough to learn on, allowing a risk-free initiation.

We've come a long way since the Chantaco golf course was inaugurated in 1928, with immediate success and a host of world-famous personalities who have frequented the course ever since. Some of the biggest names in French professional golf have made a name for themselves, especially victories at the highest level. Converting a former service station into a boxing club is the challenge taken up by Céline, a boxing instructor with a BPJEPS diploma, who moved to the region with her partner Yannick, a Krav-maga enthusiast. The program includes private boxing lessons adapted to all levels, as well as muscle strengthening and strength training, again totally adapted to the level and expectations of each student. Céline teaches on an individual basis, without ever pushing her students. Group classes are offered at the Montignac Boxing Club on Wednesday evenings.
