Two night trains, a Intercité for Watchdog, a train-hotel Elipsos for Barcelona. In tranversale, a single line Intercités Lyon/Bordeaux/Lyon. Côté TER, the region is well served. Everything is planned to move immediately from the train, to urban and departmental buses, to the taxi, to the car, or to the rental car. This platform is called SKY (Limoges Intermodal Exchange Centre), it is accessed through a footbridge in the lobby. There is also a pay car park. Not always clear to park around. To come to table or look for someone, there is the drop-off right in front of the main entrance of the station or a small parking area near the roundabout.

It was built in 1863 by the Compagnie du chemin de fer de Paris à Orléans (PO). It is a passenger station of the TER Nouvelle-Aquitaine network, served by regional express trains. 45 minutes are needed between Le Buisson and Périgueux with two stops, one at Le Bugue, the other at Eyzies-de-Tayac Sireuil. It takes 30 minutes between Sarlat and Le Buisson.
