Art workshop and exhibition gallery, the Henri Matisse space is both a place of teaching, artistic practices, training in the history of art and discovery of contemporary artists. About fifteen disciplines are practised there: drawing, watercolour, painting, engraving, sculpture, ceramic, eye-to-eye, modelling, contemporary textiles, matter and creation, pastel, living model. Courses are open to adolescents and adults, creillois and non-creillois. Nouvauté 2011: expression workshops and creative gardens directed at children for 6 years. The Matisse Space also receives an artist in residence every year that proposes to fifteen young people to share his experience of contemporary creation from their eyes on the city.

Behind the lovely shop of their shop shop, the creative and dynamic Marie-Laure and Flavienne fly to your rescue and make for you (and with you, if you wish), the menus, the invitations, the towel round, the table plan and other festive elements. Watercolor, zero waste, macramé, leather: the workshops are very varied. And in this intergenerational place, children are not forgotten. Plastic arts, puppets...: the Wednesday workshops are wonderful. Elisa will also propose art therapy workshops or art to the rescue of our health. But Bloom is also a charming little store with lots of decorative nuggets that put local creators in the spotlight. A recreational and enchanted parenthesis!

Le Safran offers a wide range of artistic workshops to discover or perfect your relationship with art. An essential hub of cultural life in the North Quarter, this conventionally-regulated stage is the ideal place to try your hand at the arts. For you and your children, you can choose between contemporary dance, hip-hop, artistic and physical training, theatre, ceramics, drawing, painting, silk-screen printing and even digital arts, which are the subject of a beautiful festival: the Safra'Numériques, in collaboration with La Machinerie.
