Mange Lille! brings together chefs, producers and artisans with a common goal: to promote gastronomy by showcasing Lille's culinary talents through a variety of events. From cooking competitions to tastings, themed evenings and other activities, the collective promotes the region's rich but little-known terroir. This unique local project gives as many people as possible the opportunity to discover new, accessible and up-to-the-minute addresses, brilliantly run by a host of inspired young chefs.

Behind this festival is an association (Culture B) and an ambition: to restore beer to its former glory and make it a product of excellence, while highlighting the regional brewing tradition. Since its launch in spring 2017, the festival has grown considerably, bringing together 10,000 participants and 105 breweries by 2021! On the program: tastings, meetings, exhibitions, meals, themed tours of the metropolis and its breweries, and a final bouquet where brewers come together to offer the best of their production.

Friendly appointment at the start of the, the Festival of local allows the tasting of the excellent local produce. We also appreciate many events, exhibitions and free concerts. The farm animals are present to entertain the children and they can even enjoy walks on the back of pony. The competition pointers and the country meal are finally two great moments to privilege.

In 2015, this exhibition (in the delicious word game) celebrates its twentieth edition. The largest Christmas market in the Haisnes-Lez-La Bassée region brings together exhibitors from local products, crafts and crafts in Nord-Pas-de-Calais and all regions of France. Thousands of visitors are always seduced by this rendezvous. A pleasant exit for gourmets looking for good ideas for year-end holidays.

Here you will find the different stands of local associations in the decoration "All pumpkin". You can taste or grab soups, pies and creams with pumpkin. In addition, a catering booth, bar and buffet, and games and gifts for children will make a pleasant note to this party.

In Hellemmes, you can celebrate the festival and the Festival des Popotes Roller proves this. Created by the Mayor in 2016, this original festival brings together food-trucks and a great musical scene within the Engrand park. What better than good music and street food to celebrate late summer? On the music side, the town hall selected artists found on the net or at local festivals. The program? Pop rock, new wave, hard rock… there are for all tastes. Not forgetting the tributes paid to the largest rock and pop groups, some of them are not missed, for their side resolutely décalé! Side flavours, you will travel. New York hot dogs, pizza, Breton cakes, grilled cheeses, revisited cheeses, etc. And it will of course be sprayed with beer from the collective All Hops, which also breaststroke a 100% hellemmoise beer! It's easy, funny, tasty… it's a little festival like you love!

This traditional annual festive event in Audresselles takes place on June 18 and 19 and combines entertainment and gastronomy. The center of the village comes alive with the sound of music and dance steps. The restaurants do not miss the appointment and deploy their terraces while the crab sellers present their most beautiful products of the sea. An exhibition of flobarts presents the fishing techniques practiced on the coast. We discover the local maritime crafts, but above all, during this festive weekend, the good crab is sold by the bucketful!

The Rameaux Faire is a great living room for open agriculture. The farmers in the surrounding area leave their most beautiful animals (horse, horses, etc.) for a parade, competitions or demonstrations of training. Some animals invade the heart of Bergues. Rutilantes agricultural machines are displayed on the streets of the squares. A gourmet village and an elegant exhibition complete the visit.
