Fabienne and Pierre Normand are delighted to welcome you to their equestrian center on the outskirts of Nantes, where they and their team can share their passion for horse riding. They also prepare you for your exams and offer rides and excursions. The center covers 20 hectares and includes two riding arenas, cross-country courses, three quarries, a round pen and a spring garden. Your horse will be welcome to board in a meadow, in a stall or on a half-board basis. And new for 2014, Maéva, Miss Normand's daughter, has opened Écuries Normand, opposite the club, for boarding and coaching your horses and ponies.

Located in the heart of a 200-hectare property, the La Garangeoire riding centre offers activities for all levels. The French Institute of Horse and Riding is the only public operator at the service of the development of the equine sector. Born from the merger between the National Studs and the Cadre Noir of Saumur, its actions are carried out for the benefit of the State and all the public concerned by the equine sector. The Comité Départemental d'Équitation de la Vendée is the French Equestrian Federation's regional body. In 2023, several events will take place, including the resumption of the departmental circuits for Hunter, Eventing, Show Jumping and Dressage, with 4 stages spread across the department. Points obtained at these competitions will count double towards qualification for the French Championships at LAMOTTE BEUVRON. In addition, the Vendée has four sites awarded the "Terre de Jeux 2024" label in preparation for the 2024 Olympic Games.
