In the pool, you can enjoy a range of activities, accompanied by music, in a pool bathed in subdued light. Activities include sporty ones such as Aqua'Bike, Aqua'Fast and Aqua'Cardio. For the more daring, there's Aqua'Boxing, where you fight an invisible enemy and let off steam to music. There are also more gentle but complete sessions with Aqua'Renfo or Aqua'Zen. The facility also welcomes children from birth with Aqua'Bébé and from 4 to 10 years of age for swimming lessons. There's something for everyone, so you can move like a fish in water!
