The Buthiers leisure island includes a relaxation center, a sports complex, nature discovery areas, a campsite and an astronomical observatory. The activities will satisfy the most demanding: aquatic complex, accrobranches courses (some are accessible to the visually impaired and to people with reduced mobility), climbing, catapult, archery, barefoot course... Finally, the astronomy center offers discovery evenings, group visits and activities.

This family-friendly facility is based on a simple principle: if you love the beach, and more specifically, the sports played there, this is the place for you! With its toes in the sand, this vast area near the Canal de l'Ourcq offers 5 courts for beach volleyball and other sand sports(beach rugby, beach handball, beach tennis...), a great bar-restaurant and even facilities for corporate seminars! The ambience is second to none, and promises a real change of scenery!

In a 3000 m² space, the Pacificlub offers a haven of greenery and serenity where you can indulge in the delights of the spa or swimming, but even more. Indeed, there's no shortage of activities here, and the rather high-tech equipment is integrated into a pleasantly staged whole. On the menu: hammam, sauna, swimming pool, spa for body and facial treatments... with an offer of over 50 fitness and aquafitness classes per week: aquabike, cardio gym, aquaboxing, total abs... Note that a restaurant - and its terrace - awaits you after your session.

Located at the foot of the Sacré-Coeur, the Montmartre squash club reveals a very British cosy atmosphere with its old model airplanes, its replicas of old sailboats, its library, its billiard table and its warm leather armchairs. This small club, founded in 1984, certainly plays the card of conviviality and has the advantage, in addition to its four glass courts, of having a weight room, two saunas, and a garden to relax after the effort. To perfect your technique, individual lessons are offered.

Trampoline, Paintball, FootBulle, indoor soccer... even sumo wrestling! At Go Park in Pontoise, you'll find a multitude of sporting activities of varying degrees of fun for groups. The park is ideal for all kinds of groups: birthday parties, team-building among colleagues, hen or stag parties, even a simple outing with friends, it's the ideal place to let off steam in a fun setting. Reservations are recommended, especially for the most popular activities: trampoline freejumping and bubble soccer.

Four practices are addressed here to young children: sporting awakening (for 4-5 years), the multi-sports formula (martial arts, squash, communal sports, tennis, climbing, fencing, basketball, indoor golf), single sport formulas, year (for 5-10 years: modern jazz; for 7-10 years: pony or racket games; for 10/11 years: initiation to golf), and finally swimming formula (for those under 3 years of age: baby swimmers; from 3 to 6 years: aquatic garden; from 6 to 10 years: swimming school). A multitude of sports activities prepared for sports, all perfectly framed.

Opened a few years ago, Carrières's Carrières-sous-Poissy are among the dozen indoor Football venues that have opened in the Hexagon and are constantly attracting fans of round ball. The principle is simple: two teams of five players compete on one of the five small terrains. The game is fast, pushing participants to try a little more acrobatics and put the ball in the net a little more often than on ordinary terrain. Cameras are installed on some terrain, allowing you to keep track of the most beautiful actions of the meeting. The park is often crowded (we advise to reserve in advance), a bar and a video game space make the waiting time more acceptable. Individual showers and showers. A complex dedicated to sports, leisure and entertainment, and whose format is spreading more and more in France. Block'Out, that's the name of the place, offers a gym, a sauna and a dedicated store. But the originality lies in its bouldering possibilities: but what is that? It's simple: it's simply climbing without ropes. Guaranteed sensations, and in case of a fall, no fear, because you will land on high jump mats, without danger! This discipline can be practiced from the age of 4.

The many activities on the leisure island make it one of the most sporty in the region, especially with its water sports and attractions. The park has made a point of innovating. You can find some exceptional equipment: a white water stadium (the first in Europe), a water ski lift or an artificial wave. Many of the park's activities are accessible to people with disabilities: catamaran, sailing, archery...

It's a restaurant, a spa and a gym that - among other things - make this very chic complex, located between Place de Clichy and the Saint-Lazare train station. This is a high-end place, and the subscription has a cost. But those who can afford it will have the pleasure of exercising in an immense natural light (the bay windows of this private mansion are grandiose) and, above all, with high quality equipment. A dense schedule of classes is offered with activities as different as yoga, Pilates or muscle strengthening.

It is easily accessible from the T3b tramway which passes by. And it would be a shame to miss such a center, here is why: it includes for the fans of athletics a real track of 400 meters as well as the possibility of jumping in height and in length. Not only that, but there are also two football pitches, a handball court and a basketball court. Finally, a dedicated gym offers the practice of martial arts. Frequented by many people of the district, it covers, you have understood, a very large number of disciplines.

The Pierrelaye sports park is one of the largest of its kind in the Val Parisis conurbation. Spanning over 100,000 m², it boasts not only three soccer pitches, but also a fitness trail with twelve structures and a fitness platform. Every day, and especially at weekends, the various sports clubs meet here to play and work out in ideal conditions. Parking is also easy.

This brand-new facility was inaugurated in 2023: the ultra-modern curves of the Georges Hébert gymnasium conceal top-level facilities (said to be regional in scope), namely an omnisports hall, a dojo and a multi-discipline multi-purpose hall, each of which is fully modular. Competitions can be organized here, and a large audience (up to 800 people) can be accommodated. More than a year after its inauguration, we've lost count of the number of competitions held here!

This brand-new complex opened its doors in mid-2023. Named after a local sports figure, the 5,000 m² complex comprises two halls: one for volleyball and basketball matches (the stands seat 500), the other for training. Add a dojo and other miscellaneous facilities, and the modern facility is now a mecca for local sport: it's even set to host athlete training sessions for the Olympic and Paralympic Games!
