Opened by Jean-François, says Jeff, and his partner Giorgio, the institution, all dressed red, is specialized in creating cocktails, each bearing the name of celebrities. Cocktails, lovingly cooked by Jeff, according to the quasi religious rules of architecture. Like a red cloth, the evening will take you to the stars!

Here is a devilishly cosy space, where at first you'd be tempted to speak in a low voice, so subdued is everything, and then finally you let yourself be taken in by the chic pub atmosphere, and order one of the incredible cocktails on offer, many of which pay tribute to famous figures from across the Channel. The service here is top-of-the-range - which doesn't mean it's not convivial. Open Tuesday to Saturday from 5 p.m., the restaurant can also be privatized for private events.

The particularity of the Riviera is not as long as it is a cocktail bar, but above all that it is a éphémère bar. Yes, yes, you understood, where previously sat "Le 114" now stands a bar-restaurant-club mounted by a band of friends. Located in the Oberkampf district, this friendly atmosphere offers you the opportunity to listen to rock and électro music with a Riviera, Made In Provence or Express Martini. The notice of destruction is displayed on the facade by March 31, 2017. Why not?

You know singer Zaza Fournier, or "Zaza in the subway" (or almost), now you have to count in Paris on Le Zaza Bar! Sweet Andalusian smells come from this establishment reminiscent of New York bars. In the program, of course, zazapunch which is a classic: rum, exotic fruit juice (fruits of passion, mango, guava) and spices (vanilla and/or ginger). This is a real delight! If you are looking for a secret passage that will lead you to a safe place, safe from prying eyes? You found it: appointment at the Beef Club Ballroom! A small black door, a dark path, and then ... you fall into a cosy, chic and very studied place. Latest of the constellation of the Experimental Cocktail Club, the establishment offers stunning cocktails for less like the Salers Smach (Salers gentian, absinthe, champagne, fresh mint and squeezed lemons). A unique experience and a nice place with great charms we highly recommend...

One of the incontournables of the neighborhood. The Hardware is for several years now a cozy place, dressed with wood and lit just right, and obviously invaded with beautiful decoration objects: the chic Bohemian spirit, in a way! It is a bar open all day, but it is also a restaurant with continuous service until late. It's cool, classic and very original, and it's cool and good enough. Salads and a dish of the day complete a simple card. Beware, the place is very busy, despite the very high competition in this sector. Finally, many cocktails are offered.

A cantina/bar in the heart of Paris, but yes, it is possible if you go to La Mexcaleria! This warm place honours the many festive places you can attend in Mexico City. Here everything is authentic but, of course, the main attraction of the site is the Mezcal, this typical drink rather spicy based on agave (cactus). Test, like other drinks on the map. On the other hand, we don't recommend the proposed dishes, a bit heavy (we should mention it) and not worthy of the good time spent in this nice bar. 

The team behind L'Experimental and Curio Parlor - now closed - is behind this Prescription, said to be one of the capital's best cocktail bars. It's a question of ambiance - select and cosy here - and also of the menu, which evolves like seasonal cuisine. In the heart of Odéon, this is a bar where you'll be guided if, by chance, you're not an expert in the art of cocktails; and if you are, that's okay too, you can experiment with the original creations.

The place looks like a New York bar, yet it's just a few minutes from the Place de la République. Beyond the cosy, original decor, you come here with friends to feast on great pizzas, and above all to enjoy cocktails masterfully made by top-notch staff - note that you can have your own drinks made! Open until late, the place gets progressively more festive as the evening progresses, with DJ sets on weekends and live music on Thursday nights. We couldn't agree more!

Frédéric Casamia carries out complete buffets of salted and sweet parts (from 20 € to 50 € per person), bucolic buffets (17 €) composed of a mix of salads and desserts: honey and coriander carrots, curry chicken skewers, and quinoa chicken skewers. La Promenade Lounge is a cocktail bar located in the Halles district of Paris. It offers a cosy, subdued atmosphere, ideal for enjoying delicious cocktails. The armchairs are comfortable and the atmosphere pleasant. Prices are right for the neighborhood. Customers particularly recommend the cocktails, which are apparently very good and affordable. Certain dishes are also popular, such as the Salade Nordique and the Grilled Salmon. The Promenade Lounge also offers a buffet brunch with plenty of choice.

Born from a Franco-American concept, this bar, with its stylish lounge and décor, offers everything that a cocktail-restaurant bar can offer. Open from 7 a. m., you will enjoy your breakfast from 5,50 € with hot drinks, pastries and pressed fruit juice, but also lunch or dinner with original dishes around 15 €. And if it's not enough, go to the brunch with bacon omelet and pancake Nutella. Do you redemandez? That is to say: You will also be able to comfortably settle in a glass around a DJ.

Le Faust, under the Alexandre III bridge, on the banks of the Seine with the Grand Palais and the Eiffel Tower on the horizon, is one of Paris's must-visit establishments. The Kube Hôtel is unique in that it houses a contemporary, conceptual, and atypical design bar. With a stunning decor combining light projections, frosted floors, blocks of ice, and attractive furniture, the Ice bar offers you the chance to taste cocktails based on Finlandia vodka, all at a temperature of -20°C.
