La Candelaria is first and foremost a taqueria, or tapas bar. But if you push open the door at the back of the room, you'll find yourself in its hidden bar, a veritable paradise for tequila and other spirits! In this cave-like place (the stones on the wall are scraped away, so that explains it), you open the menu and carefully read the descriptions of the cocktails on offer, accompanied by a mysterious drawing and a quotation. Feeling daring? Adventurous? The choice is vast and should suit you.
