Faire Face is a Toulouse-based association dedicated to preventing gender-based violence. It organizes self-defense workshops and courses for women and teenage girls, regardless of age, origin, beliefs or sexual orientation. The facilitators have been trained in Femdochi, a self-defense method created by and for women. Femdochi is a self-defense method created by and for women, designed to broaden their capacity for action in the face of threats in their private, public or professional lives, and to help them learn to respect their space and physical, psychological or verbal limits. An indispensable tool for all women.

La Glanerie is a reintegration structure supported by Toulouse Métropole. Its objective is twofold. On the one hand, it is a question of protecting the environment by recycling objects deposited on site or in a waste disposal centre, giving them a new life. On the other hand, it allows integration through a vocational training workshop. Every year, it organizes a "Make Recycling" event to raise public awareness of how to change the way people consume. Close to the Garonne canal, it has a 700 m² space where furniture and second-hand objects are displayed at very good prices. A very clever plan! Another smaller boutique is located in the city at 2, avenue de la Gloire.

The Oasis Citadine association brings together innovative gardeners to teach you how to grow your own fruit and vegetables in a fun and friendly way. It has developed a turnkey vegetable garden rental concept for urban dwellers without a garden. Numerous events and workshops are organized every week; you can take part in qi gong or yoga classes, beekeeping workshops, wooden object creation or permaculture initiation, guided tours of the farm, and of course participate in the daily cleaning of the henhouse.

Agir pour les Animaux is an association under the 1901 law, totally independent of the SPA, created in 2000. Its vocation is to place abandoned or abused animals in new loving homes. To do this, it has a shelter with a permanent office open to the public all week and organizes adoption days once a month. Those who cannot adopt an animal can sponsor or help the association through monetary or in-kind donations: food, medicines, pet toys, textiles... You can also become a host family for a short period of time, until the association finds a new warm home for the animals.

The Parc Naturel Régional des Causses du Quercy is a lively, welcoming territory located in the town of Coeur-de-Causse. It comprises three Grands Sites Occitanie / Sud de France: Rocamadour and the Dordogne valley, Cahors and the Lot valley, Figeac and the Célé valley. Around these Grands Sites, numerous villages have preserved their authentic charm, both on the causses and in the valleys. Curious visitors can contemplate the pure Quercy skies and discover the region's geological treasures, with its many caves and caverns. The Causses du Quercy is also renowned for its gastronomy, offering visitors the flavours of the terroir. The park also offers a wide range of outdoor activities.

The association brings together 20 sites in Cathar country  : castles, abbeys and museums bring you to the heart of the Cathar tragedy and invite you to relive this troubled period of Western medieval history.

Managed by the "Al Pais de Conceived" association since 1998, the house presents the natural and cultural heritage of the gorges of Aveyron and the Adapter Valley. It deals with various activities year-round: Free or commented visits, country tours in Midi-Quercy and Resource centre "Environment, Heritage and Sustainable Development" for free access. This innovative structure in the area of eco-tourism to develop, gives itself the means of its ambitions with the sense of hospitality and professionalism.

The aim of this association is to develop the social link between inhabitants of different cultures, including through the establishment of literacy courses for adults and adolescents of any ethnic or social origin. A leisure centre is also available for children.

The Anti-Racism Association Against Racism acts against discrimination and for integration by all possible means. Among other things, there is the legal advice and the establishment of daily and literacy workshops.

This association has been established in the Biterrois since 1981 and has set itself the goal of educating the citizen on respect for the environment. It offers its members interesting documentary funds and meetings on topics such as land and marine pollution, technological accidents, species disappearance, climate change or the dangers of genetic manipulation.

The City's Environment Service manages the follow-up of the two local charters (habitat harmonization in garrigues, urban tree place). It is also responsible for monitoring air quality.
