Rosée des Pyrénées catalanes is a free-range veal raised on mother's milk and summer grass. Available only from June to December, it is a product of high quality taste, named after the color of its meat: pink! More than 40 farmers belonging to the Coopérative catalane des éleveurs produce this meat, and every year they organize guided tours of their mountain herds for the curious.

Created on the initiative of the Gers Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the "Tables du Gers" label brings together a network of restaurateurs who share the same culinary values and work hand in hand with local producers. The 33 certified restaurants and 75 partner producers in the Gers are all committed to a local, responsible approach to quality. The label gives tourists and local customers a clearer idea of the quality food on offer, cooked with local produce.

The Chamber of Trades and Crafts of the Gers is managed by craftsmen elected for a 5-year term. Serving craftsmen, apprentices and local authorities, the CMA of the Gers accompanies, defends and promotes the activity of craft businesses on a daily basis. While assisting project leaders, entrepreneurs and craftsmen, it also trains apprentices through the Gers Trade School, which offers training courses ranging from CAP to BTS. The CMA also helps businesses in their digital and ecological transitions.

In 1996, a group of Aubrac cow breeders decided to create the Boeuf Fermier Aubrac association. Grouped under the Label Rouge, the association's breeders share the same passion for their profession. They produce quality meat, reconciling tradition, animal welfare, regional development and respect for the consumer. The association's aim is to promote the Aubrac breed, and to produce quality meat that consumers can trust.

Veau d'Aveyron et du Ségala is a farm-raised veal, born and raised on the farm in spacious stables, in a region with a long tradition of livestock farming: Ségala. This region, in the north of Occitanie, straddles the Aveyron, Tarn, Lot, Tarn-et-Garonne and Cantal departments. The association, which meets the requirements of Label Rouge and IGP, brings together the breeders of this unique, ancestral know-how. You can find their meats in numerous outlets across France.

The Occitanie wine industry proposes through their website, the discovery of the Languedoc wines and the rich territories, remarkable heritages and inspiring flavors. An interactive map allows you to discover the different AOP, and the characteristics of each vineyard. Ideas for discovery trips are proposed to the internet. The commitment of the Languedoc wine actors is transmitted through the different projects they have set up.

Bordered by the Mediterranean Sea, the mountains of the Cévennes and the Rhône River, where Languedoc and Provence meet, the Gard department makes the most of its many cultural riches. Vines are inextricably linked with olive groves, bullfighting culture and famous festivals such as the férias. The Fédération gardoise des vins à IGP represents, promotes and defends IGP cévennes, IGP coteaux-du-pont-du-gard and IGP gard wines.
