It is the department's main station and is served every day by trains of the Intercités network (Paris - Cahors - Toulouse - Cerbère line); trains of the night Intercités network (Paris - Toulouse line) and trains of the TER Occitanie network (Toulouse-Matabiau - Brive-la-Gaillarde line), as well as shuttle buses to Figeac, Anglars, Puy-l'Evêque, Cajarc... Aigues-Mortes station is served by Occitanie's Trains Express Régionaux (TER). This is the line linking Nîmes to Grau-du-Roi. Just 35 km from Nîmes and 30 km from Montpellier, it serves the towns and villages of the Costières region as far as the terminus at Grau-du-Roi, and takes you along the ramparts of Aigues-Mortes. It's also used for transporting salt, so you can enjoy unhindered, uncongested tourism during the summer months... a great idea!

The station allows you to reach the city centre in a few minutes and to reach a multitude of destinations in a few hours. TGV, TER, Corail and Intercity trains, the rail carriers are varied. Their presence is reinforced by an impressive network of buses and coaches. The station is frequented by most of the trains located on the Languedoc arc: the TGV to Perpignan, Toulouse or Barcelona, the Intercity trains linking Bordeaux to Marseille, as well as Béziers to Clermont-Ferrand and the many TER Occitanie.

The Sète train station is ideally located. Inside, there is a waiting room, a reception area reserved for people with disabilities, toilets, a self-service terminal, a regional ticket dispenser and free wifi. Adjacent to the station, a café serves as a gourmet stop. From its terrace, you will be able to see the station's parking lot, a cab stand, as well as the Thau agglo bus lines - which serve the city of Sète - and Hérault Transport - which serve the communes of the Thau basin.

This station saw the arrival of the first train from Castelnaudary on April 16, 1865. Today, it can be reached by regional lines from Toulouse, Mazamet and Saint-Sulpice. Service is provided not only by rail, but also by road, with buses from the liO81 network. Parking for cars and bikes is available. You'll also find a newspaper vending machine and a "Power & Station" that lets you recharge your phone and surf the Net while you pedal!

Balaruc-les-Bains is a town known for its thermal springs and health benefits. To get to Balaruc-les-Bains from Paris, you can take the train. The average train journey takes 3 hours and 35 minutes, covering a distance of 610 kilometers. There are several trains a day, some of which are direct, so you don't have to change trains. It's advisable to book tickets as early as possible to benefit from the lowest fares. Ticket prices vary according to the time of day and the class chosen. It is also possible to find discounted tickets by avoiding peak times.

Travelers coming from Nîmes, Clermont-Ferrand or Le Puy-en-Velay usually disembark in Lozère at the Mende train station, one of the most important in the area. There is a waiting area open from Monday to Thursday, as well as on public holidays; and a food distributor to stock up on drinks and snacks before each trip. The trips are mainly made by bus and also allow to travel within the department, towards Marvejols or further east towards La Bastide-Puylaurent in particular.

Marvejols is one of the main train stations of Lozere, allowing to take a line to cross the department from east to west until La Bastide-Puylaurent. It is a real gateway to the territory for travelers coming from Béziers. It is also possible to arrive at the station of Marvejols, by bus, from Aveyron, and Millau in particular. Inside, as in most of the small country stations, it is a minimum service with a waiting area of a few seats and a food dispenser to buy some snacks.

Foix is fortunate to have a superb multimodal station (combined use of several modes of transportation), thus reducing the use of the automobile. Pedestrian access facilitated, also for people with reduced mobility, covered bike lockers and bike attachments, bus stops with shelter, wooded parking of 260 spaces, charging station for electric vehicles, green and flowery spaces. The complex received the Orquasi trophy in 2017 (Regional Observatory of Infrastructure Service Quality).

Pamiers' small, recently renovated station welcomes nearly 350,000 passengers a year, making it the busiest station in the Ariège. It is served by Intercity trains from Paris to the Spanish border at Latour-de-Carole-Entveigt station (two hours from Pamiers), where you can board the characteristic Yellow Tourist Train. It is also home to the TER (regional express train) that connects it to Toulouse. It has a car park, a bicycle park and automatic machines for selling TER tickets when the ticket offices are closed.
