The CCI Formation 54 Group brings together seventeen training establishments in Lorraine that meet the needs of companies and the job market in a sustainable and qualitative approach. The Apprentice Training Centre trains apprentices in the hotel and catering industry. Cook, maître d'hôtel or chef de rang, with two alternating professional diplomas: Arts of cooking and Arts of service and marketing in the restaurant industry. 2 CAP (2-year training course) are also offered. You can take advantage of additional one-year training courses if you wish to specialise: Caterer or Restaurant Dessert Cook. The Alsace Region encourages apprenticeship and offers financial aid for your equipment in the 1st year.

The Lycée Professionnel du Rebberg is a vocational school located in Mulhouse.

ECM, which has been present in Besançon, Belfort and Dijon for many years, is now established in the heart of the Bollwerk city. Ideally located on the premises of the Maison du Bâtiment, allée Nathan Katz, the new campus has already welcomed over 100 students. ECM is unique in that all its courses, from BAC+2 to BAC+5, are offered on a sandwich course basis. At its 13 sites across the Marne, Ardennes, Haute-Marne and Aube regions, Alméa offers training in 25 trades, from hotel management to maintenance, hairdressing, bakery, butchery, sales, entertainment, logistics, health, networking and digital.
