The Apprentice Training Centre trains apprentices in the hotel and catering industry. Cook, maître d'hôtel or chef de rang, with two alternating professional diplomas: Arts of cooking and Arts of service and marketing in the restaurant industry. 2 CAP (2-year training course) are also offered. You can take advantage of additional one-year training courses if you wish to specialise: Caterer or Restaurant Dessert Cook. The Alsace Region encourages apprenticeship and offers financial aid for your equipment in the 1st year.
