With its twenty or so pages, it comes out every Tuesday and offers local subjects centred on the Rouen metropolitan area. La Manche Libre, France's leading regional periodical, has seven editions, two of which are in Calvados (Saint Lô, Coutances, Avranches, Cherbourg, Granville, Bayeux and Vire). Part of the same group as Tendance Ouest radio, the weekly is very popular with locals.
