Sports associations Normandy

The Rétro Club Auto Normand (RACN) was founded in 1976 and is affiliated to the FFVE. Based in Caen, the club brings together enthusiasts and owners of classic vehicles from the region. They take part in gatherings, rallies, sightseeing outings, as well as an annual bourse-échange at Mézidon-Canon in September, and the Traversée de Caen en voitures anciennes (usually in November). A rally takes place every first Sunday of the month from 10 a.m. to noon on the Cours Koenig, open to all classic cars and youngtimers.

Intended for people with a physical or motor, visual or sensory handicap, the Handisport Grand-Rouen club remains open to all. We practice swimming, wheelchair basketball, tennis, soccer, table tennis... in a relaxed atmosphere. The association also organizes and participates in all kinds of sports events such as Un vélo pour deux: en tandem pour la vue, or les Rendez-vous de la cervelle. Among the disabled sportsmen of Rouen, several have had very good results in national championships, so don't hesitate, go for it!

Caen Saint Jean Eudes is an association located in Caen, more precisely at 18 Rue du Puits Picard. Founded in 1947, it offers a wide range of activities for all ages. The Clémenceau activity center is the association's main area, accounting for 90% of its activities. It offers activities for children and young people, such as leisure centers, day-care centers and homework help. A youth center is also available, offering weekly activities such as dance, circus, drawing and computer workshops. The adult/family sector offers local family leisure activities, support with administrative formalities, family trips and a shared garden. Finally, the sports sector includes tennis and Kinomichi.

Caen is a city known for its cultural and historical richness. Among the many activities on offer in the city, the Union Sportive la Folie Couvrechef (USFC) offers a variety of sporting activities for residents and visitors alike. The USFC offers gym, dance and other activities to relax and tone the body. Registration for next season is now open, with a special period for members and another for non-members.

Basketball, shooting, swimming, bowling, basketball… One has the embarrassment of choice among all sports practised at Maritime Handicap Association which has never been synonymous with inactivity, proof.

An association assisted by the High-level Federation of Social Tourism in Haute-Savoie, and the French Union of Holiday Centres, which allows every 2 years, to send young people from 6 to 13 years of age during July and August in sports centres, to try horseback riding and hiking in the open air.

The Association IDéA brings together three Dieppe clubs associated with the Alpine brand. They are AAA, Association des Anciens d'Alpine, CAD, Club Alpine de Dieppe, and CAUD, Club Alpine Usine Dieppe. In 2022, for Jean Rédélé's 100th birthday, they assembled 1,000 Alpines on the Dieppe waterfront. In 2023, they organized the 50th anniversary of Alpine's victory in the World Rally Championship. The next big event will be in 2025!

Not far from Clécy and the border with the department of Orne, come and get some fresh air in Pont-d'Ouilly thanks to the numerous activities offered by the leisure centre. In the heart of nature, at the confluence of two rivers, the Noireau and the Orne, the offer includes: canoeing, stand up paddle, accrobranche, mountain biking, archery, climbing, fishing, hiking, orienteering... The association "Pont-d'Ouilly Loisirs" is involved in the strong social dimension of this project. Employees and volunteers work together to make sure you have a great day at Pont-d'Ouilly.
