Built at the end of the 19th century, the magnificent cirque-théâtre d'Elbeuf is one of the last eight permanent circuses in France, and the only one with an Italian-style ring and stage. A venue for performances, training, creation, artistic discoveries and encounters, this vast complex is now home to the regional circus arts center. Its programming, which has succeeded in dusting off the circus arts, is based on innovation and multi-disciplinarity, and is aimed at all audiences, children and adults alike.
