A theater that lives up to its name! The Renaissance has been resurrected, and not just once! Built in 1938, bombed in 1944, ravaged by fire in 1970, it owes its salvation to the municipality of Mondeville, which acquired it in 1992 and renovated it. Restored to its former splendor in 2005, the Renaissance is now run by a dynamic association and is open to a wide range of visitors. With a capacity of 430, the Renaissance offers an eclectic program of music, theater, dance, circus and street arts. This is also the theater that hosts the Plateaux éphémères.

With its 1700 m ², this equipment consists of a modular showroom and an adaptable forum space, a place of meetings and initiatives. Ideal for organising artistic events, it is also a unique place for the success of commercial and professional events, such as the salon des antiquaires, flea and collections that takes place every year on the last weekend of August.

It's a vast and beautiful hall located on the heights of the town. The town's many associations regularly use this unrivalled venue for their events. For many young people in the region, the Agora is also a meeting place for urban and musical cultures. Thanks to the many modular spaces that make it a concert hall with excellent acoustics, the Agora regularly plays host to French and international stars, whether musical, traditional or humorous.
