Just 10 km from the city centre and easily accessible by car or bus, Caen Airport is attracting more and more passengers every year. The airport's dynamism is reflected in its current and renewed destinations: Ajaccio, Bastia, Calvi, Figari from spring to autumn and Lyon, Marseille, Montpellier, Nice, Toulouse almost all year round. Note that parking is easy here, and car rental services are available.

On a human scale, Deauville airport, which has had a new terminal since 2023, has a large number of destinations: Greece (Crete, Kos, Rhodes), Malta, Jordan, Croatia, Italy (Puglia, Sicily, Sardinia), Lapland, Montenegro, Spain (Malaga, Canary and Balearic Islands) and Portugal... As the land of the horse, it is a transit hub for horses, especially champions from Ireland and England, all year round.

It's an attractive airport with well-maintained facilities. As well as offering a wide range of leisure aviation services (the flying club is particularly dynamic), the airport also offers numerous tourist flights to Tenerife, Crete, the Canaries, Croatia... A restaurant, called "Le Tarmac", is located here. Access from Cherbourg is easy: allow around 15 minutes, or a little more when traffic is heavy.
