This relatively young cooperative, created in 1957, today brings together 55 winegrowers attached to the Jura terroir. Their vines are partly located in the Château-Chalon area... Their yellow wines, including this one, are a credit to this very well-received winery. But all the grape varieties and all the wines of the Jura are represented. At the foot of the majestic Solutré rock, the Cave des Vignerons des Terres Secrètes unveils wines deeply marked by their terroir. Sometimes from tiny plots, they acquire a distinctive character that sets them apart. The winery is also committed to the environment, through its "Vignerons engagés développement durable" label. Saint-Véran, mâcon verzé, pouilly-fuissé and other local appellations are available for tasting, and vineyard walks are organized in fine weather.

La Chablisienne is a cooperative with 300 members, including 200 winegrowers and 5 prestigious vineyards, representing 25% of the Chablis vineyards. Founded in 1923, La Chablisienne has won numerous awards and developed its range with finesse. So you can look forward to a wealth of discoveries. Also based in Vézelay, this cellar is a must. All the more so as, despite its great success, prices remain affordable. And don't forget the tasting sessions, from the simplest to the most gastronomic. Don't miss it!

With one hundred and ten years of history, this cooperative continues its path with the future of a tradition as its leitmotiv. 65 ha for an annual production of 350 000 litres of wine. 45% of the wine comes from Arbois-Pupillin, 20% from Arbois, 15% from Côtes-du-Jura, 16% from Crémant and 4% from Macvin. The cellars and the bottling workshop are in the centre of the village as well as the tasting room. The tasting room has been thoroughly redesigned for a better reception. This cooperative takes part in many national events.

In 1957, it all began in a small village on the Hautes Côtes, in the hamlet of Orches, with 10 winegrowers. Today, it has 80 associate winegrowers working 350 ha of vines from Maranges to Marsannay on 1,472 plots. It is the only cooperative winery in the Côte-d'Or region to have earned the Vignerons Engagements label, selling 3 million bottles a year of sustainable, organic and eco-designed cuvées. 40 references, from regional appellations to grands crus and Crémants.

For the past 35 years, this cooperative cellar of 9 winegrowers has been offering wines from the little-known Vézelay vineyards, which have been there since... Gallo-Roman times! Sales and tastings are on offer, as well as a very pleasant "Formule Vélo": on the handlebars of an electric two-wheeler, you can visit the vineyards and surrounding villages for two hours. The tour ends with a visit to the winery. And, of course, tasting our wines and homemade ratafias.

This cooperative was founded in 1906 and was one of the first in France. It has 130 winegrowers, 2 cellars in Arbois and 3 others in the region: Arc-et-Senans, Saint-Laurent-en-Grandvaux and Poligny (Caveau des Jacobins). Cellar visits with tastings take place in the summer. In addition, there are summer Thursdays (visits, food and wine pairing evenings), tailor-made workshops (tasting of Savagnin and vertical yellow wine) and, to conclude, the discovery of the vineyards by bicycle.

This cooperative winery is housed in a large, attractive building along the roadside in the heart of the Mâconnais vineyards. Founded in 1929, it united the winegrowers of the villages of Vinzelles and Lochés, producing prestigious cuvées in Burgundy and Beaujolais. The modern sales and tasting area is totally dedicated to the wines of this corner of the Mâconnais region: pouilly vinzelles, pouilly fuissé, pouilly loché and saint-véran.

Created in 1928, FCCBJ brings together the cooperative wineries of Saône-et-Loire, Côte-d'Or and Yonne, as well as Fruitières du Jura. Men and women combine their talents to promote their terroir and, by extension, their harvests. FCCBJ cellars open their doors for tastings in the heart of authentic terroirs. White wines, red wines, Beaujolais and Crémants de Bourgogne, among others, will awaken your taste buds.

Created in 1932, this cooperative winery was set up in Genouilly, as it was central to the production of winegrowers from some fifteen surrounding communes. This small cooperative covers some one hundred hectares, offering a range of wines renowned for their excellent value for money. Appellations include Montagny, of course, but also Rully, Givry and Mercurey. Let us guide and advise you, with a smile and warmth guaranteed.

The UPECB brings together more than 3,000 players in the industry, defending the interests of producers and ensuring quality through compliance with the specifications. Burgundy is the 2nd largest wine producing region in France with 19 million bottles sold each year. The Crémant AOC has existed since 1975, manual harvesting at maturity of the grapes, yield of 150 kg of grapes per hl are imposed. Eminent and Grand Eminent produce exceptional Crémants aged between 24 and 36 months in the cellar.

In an old restored house, a wide range of "Aux Saveurs du Terroir" products. The quality and direct provenance of the producers are guaranteed and this common showcase, representative of the region's know-how, is a real treat. Beaujolais crus of course, crémant, and then all the authentic flavours of the local terroir: honey, jams, chocolates, syrups and fruit juices, but also terrines, sausages, snails, goat's cheese, cardoons and home-made pottery. The welcome here is excellent and the different presentations will invite you to the different delights and points of interest of the country. The house also has a room dedicated to art and craft exhibitions as well as a tourist office, very useful to continue your discovery of the region.

The Federation of Independent Winegrowers is present in all the French winegrowing regions. There are 32 departmental federations grouped into 11 regional entities. In this way, the independent winegrowers assert their values which can be summed up in three words: responsibility, commitment and professionalism.
