This relatively young cooperative, created in 1957, today brings together 55 winegrowers attached to the Jura terroir. Their vines are partly located in the Château-Chalon area... Their yellow wines, including this one, are a credit to this very well-received winery. But all the grape varieties and all the wines of the Jura are represented. We welcome you in new premises and we know how to advise you with talent. The philosophy of the site: "Great wines do not necessarily require complicated dishes". To be meditated on! At the foot of the majestic Solutré rock, the Cave des Vignerons des Terres Secrètes unveils wines deeply marked by their terroir. With one hundred and ten years of history, this cooperative continues its path with the future of a tradition as its leitmotiv. 65 ha for an annual production of 350 000 litres of wine. 45% of the wine comes from Arbois-Pupillin, 20% from Arbois, 15% from Côtes-du-Jura, 16% from Crémant and 4% from Macvin. The cellars and the bottling workshop are in the centre of the village as well as the tasting room. The tasting room has been thoroughly redesigned for a better reception. This cooperative takes part in many national events.

In 1957, it all began in a small village on the Hautes Côtes, in the hamlet of Orches, with 10 winegrowers. Today, it has 80 associate winegrowers working 350 ha of vines from Maranges to Marsannay on 1,472 plots. For the past 35 years, this cooperative cellar of 9 winegrowers has been offering wines from the little-known Vézelay vineyards, which have been there since... Gallo-Roman times! Sales and tastings are on offer, as well as a very pleasant "Formule Vélo": on the handlebars of an electric two-wheeler, you can visit the vineyards and surrounding villages for two hours. The tour ends with a visit to the winery. And, of course, tasting our wines and homemade ratafias.

This cooperative was founded in 1906 and was one of the first in France. It has 130 winegrowers, 2 cellars in Arbois and 3 others in the region: Arc-et-Senans, Saint-Laurent-en-Grandvaux and Poligny (Caveau des Jacobins). Cellar visits with tastings take place in the summer. In addition, there are summer Thursdays (visits, food and wine pairing evenings), tailor-made workshops (tasting of Savagnin and vertical yellow wine) and, to conclude, the discovery of the vineyards by bicycle.

Founded in 1929, it united the winegrowers of the villages of Vinzelles and Lochés, producing prestigious cuvées in Burgundy and Beaujolais. The UPECB brings together more than 3,000 players in the industry, defending the interests of producers and ensuring quality through compliance with the specifications. In an old restored house, a wide range of "Aux Saveurs du Terroir" products. The quality and direct provenance of the producers are guaranteed and this common showcase, representative of the region's know-how, is a real treat. Beaujolais crus of course, crémant, and then all the authentic flavours of the local terroir: honey, jams, chocolates, syrups and fruit juices, but also terrines, sausages, snails, goat's cheese, cardoons and home-made pottery. The welcome here is excellent and the different presentations will invite you to the different delights and points of interest of the country. The house also has a room dedicated to art and craft exhibitions as well as a tourist office, very useful to continue your discovery of the region.

The story began in 1923, when a handful of winegrowers set up a cooperative winery in the heart of the Chablis vineyards. Since then, La Chablisienne has grown to some 300 members, including 200 winegrowers and 5 prestigious vineyards, representing no less than 25% of the Chablis vineyards. In their cellar, located just a stone's throw from the basilica, you can expect to make many discoveries. All the more so if your stay here doesn't include a visit to Chablis, where another cellar is of course available. Of particular note are the excellent introductory wine-tasting courses on offer.
