Institut Griottines inaugurated in 2009 by the Grandes Distilleries Peureux is a new unique concept gathering 3 spaces dedicated to different but complementary activities in one building: a magnificent Griottines shop; 3 specialised laboratories one in pastry, one in chocolate and the third one in cooking and; finally a cooking course and professional demonstrations centre for individuals. All this on a total area of about 450 m ², including 188 m ² dedicated to the Griottines shop.
