Read morePerched on the hill near the temples, you will reach this great government building shortly after having begun the descent on Madhuban. It is practical if you are tired or if it is already late, but the reception is freezing. We sleep on the ground in a large common room. Blankets are provided and you can eat it. The environment is beautiful, but there is no direct view of the temples. The small difficulty is that to stay there, you need to apply for authorisation in Madhuban. For this appointment, the Tirth Kshetra Marketing (Tel (06558) 23 70/65) whose offices are about 100 m above the Hotel Sapna. HOTEL GANGARAM
Read moreThe Gangaram lost its superb and what was once the city's best plan became a scam. The rooms around a patio would require a good painting and the bathrooms of a plumber. All rooms do not have windows, ask for several. The hotel is very well located at the foot of Aina Mahal and just steps from Shroff Bazar. The food served is delicious. Do not hesitate to stop there for a lunch before or after the visit of the Darbargadh.

They have a bathroom and a heater. You will notice small fabric bags on the taps. Above all do not untie them, they are used to filter the water to avoid swallowing (so to kill) some beast, even microscopic. The ashram will provide you with a «Rashora Pass», a small map that allows you to take your meals free of charge before dark (about 18 h) with other pilgrims. In the evening, you may have the chance to attend shows depicting the Jaïn epic. Finally, smoking is strictly prohibited.
