His beautiful shop opens onto a delicatessen which presents the best farm and artisanal products of the island. The result of years of research and friendship with breeders and growers. It is also a wine bar. In the cellar of this historic house, there is also a convivial space, vintage style and refined recycling, with a varied programme (shows, courses).
