So make your choice between cheese and sausage antipasti or fish and shellfish antipasti, a dish of fregola with mussels or grilled fish, seadas covered with honey or a hazelnut and chocolate ice-cream parfait. The restaurant is located at the entrance of the park of the same name which is worth a visit. But let's go back to the table. In this inn, we like the simplicity, the warm and mountainous atmosphere and especially the quality of the products in the plate. The owner is modest but he knows how to cook like a chef and will surprise you if you leave the traditional suckling pigs or sheep stews. A beautiful address which seduced us.

Pizza is the great speciality here, but you can stop for a drink. 906 Operaio pays homage to the miners who died in the 1906 revolt protesting against inhuman working conditions.

Piscin'e Janas is a country inn that offers a typical cuisine that respects the traditions of the Ogliastra. On summer evenings, you can dine on the terrace under the lanterns and in front of the large garden with the donkey Biondo and the mare Steddada. This family-run restaurant insists on the ultra local, the zero mile: Pistoccu and Turredda breads baked in the wood-fired oven, fresh Culurgiones and Strangulaus pasta, goat and pork meat from Baunei, cheeses from local shepherds. We love the spirit of the house. We love it!
