The owner of the shop also owns the restaurant La Tomate Russe, in the city centre, where the same philosophy (using fresh and local products) is put into practice.

On the farm we harvest the apples and the whole juice development is made on the ground. By calling, you can attend the pressing (some months of the year). The great specialty: apple juice, of course.

The cultivation of button mushrooms, oyster mushrooms and other shiitakes will no longer hold any secrets for you after visiting this cellar, a fantastic 3.5 km long maze. This market gardener is doing reasoned cultivation on a 6,000 m² plot of land at the entrance to Eguzon. He sells his fruit and vegetables in the orchard, as well as plants (vegetables, flowers, trees). You will find for example tomatoes, peppers, courgettes, onions, shallots in summer. In winter, it will be squash, patissons, potimarrons, carrots, potatoes, chestnuts, etc...
