LA FERME DE MARION

Foie gras producer

Marion Munoz has started raising geese (around 120) and ducks (around 750 fattened ducks and Muscovy ducks) on her traditional farm in the Boischaut region of France. Here, palmipeds are raised in the open air, in lush green meadows (7 ha). Goslings and ducklings arrive at the age of one day, in batches of seventy. Slaughtering and processing are carried out on site, resulting in confits, rillettes, pâtés, stuffed necks, dried duck breast and foie gras! Marion has also set up a shop on site to sell her products directly from the farm.

Gabriel Simon is in love with the landscapes of Touraine, and in particular those of the Bourgueil region where he raises poultry of ancient breeds in the open air, but also rabbits on hay, geese and fattened ducks.
