In 2022, the Plessis opens its horizons even more by wanting to develop as a "third place". Would Louis XI have imagined such a life for his castle? The historic building has been home to the Cano Lopez company for more than 20 years, which has turned it into a Spanish hostel for all kinds of artists. In addition to the company's creations, the place hosts artists' residencies, concerts, plays and exhibitions in the 72-seat room or in the bar area, which is always convivial. And with the "tiers-lieu", live the perpetual movement!

As a team, the "Chou-Lou Lou Lou" challenge will take you to the most important weekend. On your arrival, you will install in the rooms, take a light breakfast to attack a car rally of the Indre valley - tourist and cultural riddles, playful events. In the evening, after the games, the quiz and the meal, you will attend a show. The centerpiece of the Tours Exhibition Center, the Grand Hall is also an XXL-sized concert hall that regularly welcomes the greatest national and international artists. It must be said that with its 10 000^m2, the place can receive 4 000 to 12 000 spectators! Of course, with the Covid, it was not often opened these last months... We are therefore looking forward to the big concerts, but also to the fairs and exhibitions organized in the whole Parc Expo. Wedding show, car show, Ferme Expo, Japan Expo, Holiday on Ice... This art and essay film offers two or three projections per day according to the availability of the volunteers that the association turns the shop (or rather the reel!), including at least one film and test per week. The only room has 230 seats and has digital equipment in 2012 (for its part, the building has been renovated in the last decade). Volunteers meet once a month to exchange agendas and discuss programming. Their choices are obvious, as they record more than 11 000 entries per year. For the story, actress Coline Serreau is the patron of the cinema. A safe value!

Opened in 2018 in Tours Nord, near the Vaucanson streetcar, CinéLoire has won over all the residents of Tours Nord and the surrounding area. Passed in 2020 under the Pathé-Gaumont umbrella, the 9-screen complex has an IMAX theater that plunges viewers right into the action. Many films are also offered in 3D, and for those in the back of the theater or in the front row, the numbered seating option is available for free. You don't have to go up to the capital to enjoy a quality cabaret show. At Le Madame sans gêne, the entire team will take you on a wild ride where, after serving you dinner, the artists take to the stage in a multicolored, extravagant universe. Les Dames sans Gêne, with their brightly-colored costumes, have no equal when it comes to raising the mood, mixing humor with nostalgia. After playing the role of your idols, they leave the dance floor to you for a festive and convivial end to the evening.

CDNT, Tº, Théâtre Olympia... The National Dramatic Center of Tours has several names! But it is always at the same place, rue de Lucé, that we find each season a program where contemporary creations occupy a good place, under the direction of Jacques Vincey. About fifteen proposals are to be discovered each season, without forgetting the partnerships with other local theaters to welcome bigger productions. Since 2016, the WET festival has brought together young companies from all over France for three days, for an anthology of creations in several places in the agglomeration. And the smart idea: lunch or a snack at the Tº cafeteria.

Since 2002, L'Ha offers multi-disciplinary programming open to all the aesthetics of the arts of representation: theatre, music, dance, humour, the track arts make up every season of the structure. The approximately thirty performances to be discovered each year offer, by their diversity, an expanded panorama of the current artistic creation. It also hosts the agreed Scene of Vendôme and the Regional Pole for Puppet Arts and the Theatre of Object. The room is thus illustrated by a demanding approach in keeping with its public service mission to the Community of the Country of Vendôme.

L, Association Theatre Today Orléans is an association of spectators who, since 1970, have been organizing the hosting of theatre professional performances, which they want to share with the greatest number. Subsidized by the city, the general council and the national office for artistic dissemination, the ATAO offers 5 to 6 performances per season, represented at the Orleans Theatre or the Gérard Philippe Theatre. Subscription formulas are particularly interesting and encourage the benefit of full programming with a very significant discount on ticket prices. The mission of the Youth and Culture House of Olivet is to encourage «cultural expressions and practices of the entire population». It is a very active cultural place where exhibitions, concerts, video screenings, readings… but also workshops (plastic arts, kitchen, music, dance, theatre, musical awakening, yoga), courses (coaching, high-voice, hip-hop, salsa) courses, oenology courses. The DJC organizes a dozen concerts per year, song, world or jazz. The concerts take place in a beautiful vaulted room. 5 concerts for only 20 €, with the DJC subscription.

The reviews of Unusual much success in the department and the region and often play closed counter. Since 1988, the team creates magazines, funny dreamlike, staggered. This converted former warehouse is home to two emblematic structures: the renowned Compagnie Off, a spearhead of street arts with an international reputation, and POLAU, Pôle Arts & Urbanisme. In addition to regular activities, some of which are aimed at an informed public, major events organized by POLAU and Compagnie Off punctuate the life of this atypical venue. Although a little out of the way from the heart of the city, the CCNT is worth a visit! The National Choreographic Center of Tours, directed since 2012 by the dancer-choreographer Thomas Lebrun, is dedicated to welcoming companies from here and elsewhere for work sessions and public performances. Each year, the CCNT also organizes the Tours d'Horizons festival in June, with various choreographic proposals in theatres of the metropolis and atypical places (museum of fine arts, cloister of the Psalette...). Sweeping the whole range of current contemporary dance, the programming of the festival as well as the hall is aimed at the initiated, but also at neophytes. Our smart recommendation: take advantage of the free "Curious Hours". 30 minutes of dance and 30 minutes of exchange between the public and the artists, an ideal formula to enter this universe! And in two years, we'll be moving to a brand new building in the Casernes district, to take even better advantage of this cultural offer.

Marion David offers children's shows. It moves across the region. These are poetic performances based on music, theater and shadows. We are immersed in a cynical universe that likes both the little and their parents. The artist also offers facilities for children during holidays (weddings, local party). It creates a universe with recovery materials, proposing to discover insects, making giant soap bubbles, floating small boats…

Since 2009, the Association Théatro-France offers this theatre immersion in beauce countries. In the programme, parts of the classical repertoire, always affordable for the general public, be it Chekhov, Molière, creations, adaptations etc. The decor is cared for and the programming is intense and for the reason: behind this festival is Rémy Henry, director of the Darius Milhaud Theatre in Paris.

Only five minutes from the Royal City of Loches is a small open-air guinguette. La Maison du Blues in Châtres-sur-Cher is a must-see destination for Blues enthusiasts. Since 2017, this unique associative venue in France has immersed you in the world of this musical genre. At the Blues Club, you can attend concerts by renowned international artists every weekend, with a quality program for all aficionados. Visit the European Blues Museum, inaugurated in 2019 under the patronage of legend Bobby Rush, to discover the history of the roots of the Blues. In 2023, the Museum will expand to include French Blues and the creation of a documentation center.
