Read moreAt the very least, the name is appealing to us! The Pure Passion restaurant, subtitled «Moroccan Restaurant in Orléans», highlights large varieties of couscous and tajines. It is proposed to taste oriental cuisine and "rediscover western cuisine", good blood, which program! And "enjoy a unique decor"! Good question, nothing to brag, here or the only one is the fact that it is somewhat common and that it does not break bricks… in the egg. Couscous and tajines are varied because of the alliance between the accompanying vegetables, quite simply. The refined and typical decoration smells good the sun. On the weekend, you are served in traditional attire. The kitchen is skillfully perfumed. We start with a soup harira - oriental soup of slightly spicy vegetables, then choose from among the tajines the one whose only name will transport us: the zitounes to chicken, green olives and candied lemon, the delicate belcouc blend sweet sweet salty salt, acidulous, lamb-based, which appreciates its softness and its learned blends.
