This association was founded in 1956 under the name "La maternité heureuse". On site, a team consisting of a doctor, midwife, nurse and marriage counselor welcome you in strict conditions of confidentiality for information and advice on contraception and sexuality education (such as LGBTQI). Founded in 1985, Restos du Coeur helps the underprivileged by giving them access to free meals, and is more broadly committed to fighting poverty in all its forms. The Pontchaillou University Hospital in Rennes offers free, anonymous screening for STIs and STDs (sexually transmitted infections and diseases). Le Triangle, a nationally recognized "art and creation" stage for dance, has been based in the Blosne district of Paris since 1985. Created in 1990 as a simple radio workshop at the Institut Médico Éducatif Les Bruyères in Plumelec in order to allow the residents to use the radio as an educational tool, Plum'FM now offers40 regular broadcasts of all kinds (musical, cultural, news, debate, educational, on the environment...) and about thirty chronicles. Plum'FM also promotes regional languages such as Welsh with 14 hours of programmes in Welsh every week, making it the first Welsh-language radio station in the world!

Radio Bro Gwened is an associative radio created in 1983 with the aim of defending the Breton language and culture. Although the radio mainly promotes singers and musicians from Brittany, it has nevertheless managed to keep a great diversity of genres: world music, rock, French song, reggae, techno, classical, jazz, salsa, flamenco... The mission of the CRIJ (Centre Régional d'Information Jeunesse) is to produce information for young people (health, training, law, employment...) and to program training courses for network professionals and partners. The CRIJ website is a mine of information on a wide range of subjects (employment, training, housing, volunteering, etc.). Two separate sites are dedicated to international initiatives and mobility: jep.bzh and enroutepourlemonde.org. Although CRIJ no longer receives the public on its premises, it does offer a dedicated online chat service. It also organizes annual regional editions for young people on jobs and housing.

Toutenvélo Rennes, founded in 2012, has become a benchmark in last-mile logistics. With a decade of experience behind it, this cooperative (SCOP) is equipped with a dozen bikes and trailers, and run by a team of passionate cyclo-logisticians. Their services include last-minute deliveries for hauliers, bulky goods and bio-waste collection, deliveries of newspapers, unsold food and baskets, as well as express deliveries and removals for local businesses and shops. Their contribution to the pacification of the city is quite simply admirable.
