Chef Daniel welcomes you to his home for a workshop of traditional Reunionese cooking over a wood fire in generosity, sharing and good humour. The day begins with a traditional breakfast: heated rice, sausage and grilled coffee. Then follows the preparation of curries, rougails and a Pei cake, all made with local products of course. Afterwards, it's time to taste samoussas, chilli sweets, corks and homemade rum for the aperitif, followed by dishes served in banana leaves according to the pure tradition.
