Every year, the Comic Book Festival brings together comic book lovers, artists and culture enthusiasts in a colorful celebration. The streets of the old town come alive with exhibitions, creative workshops and meetings with renowned artists. It's the perfect opportunity to discover the fascinating world of comics and participate in interactive workshops where you can learn drawing techniques.

Concerts, balls and cultural events. A survival of the former Yugoslavia since it is Tito's birthday, for which concerts and cultural events were organized for young people. As "ygonostalgia" becomes very strong in Montenegro, many young people gather to sing the Yugoslav anthem Hej, Sloveni or enjoy many team sports tournaments. The highlight of the day is the arrival of the "Youth Torch" which, after touring Montenegro, arrives in Tivat that day.
