In this cosy little lounge with its thousand traditional pastries(semla, kannelbullar, but also kladdkaka sprinkled with pomegranate seeds or raspberries and a breakfast buffet), it's the ideal place to take a little break by the light of the candles that dress the tables in a soft glow. Just like the neighborhood, the atmosphere and staff are a bit hipster, the dishes are mismatched, the tapestries are full of flowers, the fruit juices are fresh and the menu is simple but tasty. We opt for eggs Benedict of the day, perfectly poached with truffle cream, bacon or smoked salmon. A Sunday ritual for many Swedes, peak consumption is between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. on weekends, and reservations are not possible. A great place to start the day!
