It's quite nice to go to a foreign cinema, as it's a change from other visits and allows you to see a film in VO, as well as seeing the locals! The cinema doors open 30 minutes before the screening.

The Distillery, a discotheque with a giant screen, is located in the same vaulted cellar as the pub-steakhouse Bryggerikjelleren. A really nice and original interior decoration, with unusual furniture, lights sometimes blue, sometimes in warmer tones. Super comfortable armchairs, good choice of draught beers, tasty and well-stocked pizzas. Consistent wine list and choice of cocktails. High place of the meetings in Lillehammer of the students and the night owls, the festive atmosphere is with the meeting!

Trendy bar, club and brunch where locals gather every day of the week. Events of all kinds, mainly techno music. Pink neon chalet chic and a lovely terrace and patio to enjoy the summer. The boudoir on the top floor tops it all off. Located in the former premises of Café Sting, a mecca for the city's musical culture, Le Loft aims to take up the torch. There's a selection of cocktails to suit every occasion, and for those who prefer the quiet, don't forget to book Sunday brunch!

An institution in Risør! In a Scottish style, it is the popular meeting place par excellence, with its three reindeer badge. To find it, just ask for "Hau'e" which means head in the local dialect. Drinks and food are served here. Football matches are broadcast regularly. This bar opened in 1996 and has been going strong ever since, known for its wide selection of local and international draught beer. Themed evenings such as bingo and music, musical quiz or culinary evenings such as paella or burger.

We don't often think about going to the movies in a foreign country, but it's a nice activity that allows you to change from visiting museums and to see the local population up close without looking like a tourist. English hard rock bands often come from across the river from Newcastle (it's only across the North Sea) to play here. This is one of the oldest rock clubs in Northern Europe.

Rouleurs of Oslo is not just a café! Run by cycling enthusiasts, the back room also serves as a workshop, and for those who are just passing through, it is possible to rent your pretty bikes. A good selection of beers and milkshakes, and a subdued atmosphere with candles and orange lampposts here and there. You can also eat chanterelle salads, hot or cold sandwiches, burger fries, or order a whole bowl of popcorn!

Located near the Mesna River, Nikkers offers nutritious lunches at affordable prices. The food is good. The atmosphere is pleasant, with pubs, football matches and live concerts. The place has three options: the restaurant, which serves really good food, the sports bar, where you can try one of their many local draught beers, and the nightclub, where you can quench your thirst for music and dance to the sounds of the turntables that never stop spinning and the lights that do the same!

On the main thoroughfare of the Grønland district is the unsuspected Dattera til Hagen. This café-restaurant, which transforms into a club at night, has one of the most colorful backyards in Oslo! Far from the hustle and bustle of the avenue, this garlanded terrace is the ideal place to enjoy a drink. Inside, a few degrees warmer, and just as much fun! Two colorful floors, an outdoor courtyard that's as pleasant in summer as it is in winter (thanks to the heaters). At Dattera, there's often live music, improv theater and a great atmosphere.

This very nice tea house is located only 15 minutes drive from Tromsø. It is a family business that has taken over an old fishing building built by the grandfather and renovated by the granddaughter into a café/brocante. The cuisine offered consists of 100% home-made local specialities. You can also buy decoration, small furniture and also clothes. Beautiful place with its feet in the water. Located on the city's quays, SALT is a motley crew where anything is possible. This nomadic cultural project, built on the model of the traditional Norwegian fish dryers, has become a must in Oslo's musical and artistic life. In its various buildings, the complex hosts exhibitions, film screenings, quizzes, a café and a whole host of varied and wild activities. You can even relax to the max and enjoy DJ sessions and concerts from inside the splendid Árdna Sauna.

Another well-kept secret! In one of the alleys of the city centre is hidden Den Gamle Skobutikken (the old shoe shop). A very bright space because it's almost all glass. It's like being outside. In summer, the terrace on the waterfront allows you to sunbathe, admire the fjord and enjoy a great homemade cocktail according to the season! Nice music, smiling and welcoming team. A place that will undoubtedly rise in the years to come!

A café as we like them: bright, with lots of wood, plants, little things to buy, comfortable seats, and above all, delicious pastries with cardamom, cinnamon or raw and vegan cakes. You can also have a quick lunch, like a sandwich or a small salad with sprouted seeds and quinoa for example. The smoothies are not the best in the world, but the rest is very correct and in a good atmosphere. And you will be surrounded by Norwegians!

Lorry is one of the oldest restaurants in Oslo, a meeting place for artists, musicians, actors, celebrities, university professors and students. A restaurant that is worth a visit as much for its historic bric-a-brac atmosphere as for the quality of the food served as for testing the 129 types of beer available. The prices are reasonable for a Norwegian restaurant and the portions are generous.
