The cocktail menu is incredibly refined and original, like their Lupina cocktail which combines gin, lavender, crème de violette and white vermouth. The menu offers a choice of skilfully prepared meat and fish dishes with aromatic touches: yuzu mayonnaise, cabbage and celery purée... Open since 2011, the Forretta Barinn restaurant is unanimously acclaimed for both its service and the quality of its dishes. Everything is extra fresh and cooked with taste and subtlety. Although rather upmarket, this harbor-side address remains affordable. The staff are smiling, always ready to respond to your needs, and the establishment is family-friendly. A la carte, we recommend the 4-course menu, available in 3 versions: vegetarian, fish and meat. The drinks menu also offers a fine choice of cocktails.

Reykjavik Kitchen is a restaurant whose name perfectly illustrates its promise: to offer you typical dishes, in an atmosphere as friendly as that which can reign in a kitchen! In a room with a sober, modern and neat decoration, you will be able to taste local dishes based on fish, meat or vegetarian. The service is very pleasant. Special mention to the desserts, with an excellent crème brûlée with Skyr or the Eyjafjallajökull cup: home-made vanilla ice cream, raspberry sauce and chocolate ashes!
