Among the specialties, the chicken coconut or the cocoa dorad, the uproar, the lion filet of the old rum, the green bananas to spices, the vegetables of countries mired in coconut milk, the ice in cassava… In short, a simple but tasty cuisine, served in kouis (calebas)! The carbet, surrounded by vegetation, is built in bamboo and woven palm. The service takes place on the terrace, from which we have a view of the Saints. Playground for children. For the largest, Amerindian handicraft shop, and free Wi-Fi for customers. The staff were very helpful.

Located in the heart of Grand-Bourg, in a two-storey building, this recently opened restaurant aims to breathe new life into the town center. Le Bison offers Creole dishes (colombo, dombrés, fricassée de ouassous, ragoût de boeuf...), as well as pasta boxes and a salad bar. After-work "chill & tapas" evenings are organized every Thursday, and the establishment also broadcasts the most important matches. The bar offers a selection of champagnes, rums and cocktails. The atmosphere at Le Bison is almost always lively!

After Le Gosier and Jarry on mainland Guadeloupe, Loulouz has now set up shop on the island of Marie-Galante. This new restaurant is set right on the beach, with tables on the deck and a lounge area with its feet in the sand. Loulouz Beach offers cocktails, tapas and a menu focusing on local cuisine (lambi dombrés, grilled octopus, pork roussi, fish fricassee, fish tartar...) and a few traditional French dishes (magret de canard, entrecôte...).

Just a stone's throw from Place de la Victoire, the Yacht Club boasts a superb view of the Darse and the Mémorial ACTe. A great place to enjoy a drink at the end of the day. The menu features Caribbean and world cuisine (colombo, fricassee, duck breast, grilled fish, etc.). From Tuesday to Saturday, the restaurant serves pizzas to eat in or take away. Several events are scheduled, including karaoke evenings, dinner-concerts and barbecues with live music on Sunday afternoons. The program is available on social networks.
