This establishment located above the A's Famous, which is convenient, is run by the same boss, an American expatriate. The Buako Inn's air-conditioned rooms, with private bathroom (hot water), refrigerator and cable TV, are perfectly maintained. Do not trust on behalf of: The hotel has nothing very charming at first sight. The rooms themselves are large and clean but without character. The situation is, however, unbeatable: The city centre is close to the National Museum and not far from a 7/Eleven supermarket. The reception is also nice.

Charming hotel ideally located in the heart of entertainment and shopping. It overlooks the beach, not the most beautiful part, but you only need to walk for a minute or two to relax in the sun. All the studios overlook the pool. Manager Jan, a Dutch expatriate for many years in Phuket, speaks fluent French. The ground floor restaurant, Charoen Seafood, as its name suggests, enjoys a solid reputation for its roasted seafood. You can even order lobsters!

Houben Hotel is a small and charming establishment run by a Belgian family. It has 15 rooms with sea views, gracefully perched on a cliff. The rooms are modern, tastefully decorated, very well equipped. The hotel is located in the south of Koh Lanta Yai, and has a breathtaking panoramic view of the Andaman Sea, just a few steps from Kantiang Bay, the most beautiful sandy beach on the island. Small whirlpool, bar and restaurant, as well as a spa, which is quite unique for such a small establishment.

Café Color restaurant serves Thai and international cuisine. Although the hotel is not on the beach, it is a 3-minute walk away. It has a price/quality ratio that is rare in Chaweng and is a bargain for average budgets.
