This wooden restaurant on stilts is located along a river, just at the mouth with the sea. To get there you have to take the street of the Ramayana Koh Chang Resort. In addition to the exceptional location, guests come for the excellent fish and seafood preparations and the mild prices. The classics of the national cuisine are also served here. The service is a little nonchalant but the quality of the dishes and the splendid view make you forget this false note. The wooden structure is a little floating, but it holds!

The resort is also home to another restaurant: Rice Barge & Terrace, serving Thai specialties.

Yong Poo Ob, or Yong Pu Aob, is Thai for the local specialty: crab. The place looks a little cold from the outside, but the inside is warm and carefully decorated. On the menu: crab specialties, shrimp, fish, squid, fish... The choice is vast. The products are of excellent quality and, naturally, the prices follow... The service is good, but it's sometimes a little difficult to get your order right.

One of the best seafood restaurants in Koh Lanta, Saladan. The Saladan Seafood is a great success, with its own lobster farm, which you can choose before your meal, served on the large terrace on a pontoon with a beautiful view of Lanta Noi. The cooks are from the Chao Ley people, and they will know how to bring you to a boil: the products are fresh and the cooking is perfect. The place, located by the sea at the junction of Ao Nang and the beginning of Noppharat Thara beach, is quite large and open to the outside. It is rather expensive, but it is really excellent! In more the place profits from a pretty sight...

The prices are affordable, but can go up depending on the products ordered. The place is nice, simple, with wooden furniture. The dishes are good, from squids to shrimps, including whole fish (excellent mackerel). Smiling service.

Nestled along a Khlong, this unusual establishment is accessed by boat from the pontoon located in Chao Fah Park. This floating wooden restaurant has its own fish tank where you can choose your meal: shrimps, fish, crabs, oysters... Everything is cooked wonderfully and declined in several excellent recipes. Moreover, the setting is very warm. Do not hesitate to call in advance, we will send you a boat! Recommended.

The cozy setting is elegant, with lots of woodwork, tables made from old sewing machines, and antiques scattered here and there. The menu offers the classics of Thai cuisine, but also a whole range of fresh seafood that you can choose directly from the stalls. The dishes are a bit westernized, so not very spicy, which makes it an excellent place to dine with the family. Very good cocktails too.
