WASABI
Read moreIt's hard to imagine Wasabi as a chain restaurant, so elegant, hushed and pleasant is the setting. A large screen shows images of underwater life and the place is lulled by soft lounge music. On the menu, a wide assortment of sushi, maki, uramaki and sashimi... All are carefully prepared, and some are quite original... Bentos are also available for lunch. A wide choice of teas, wines, beers, sake and cocktails. The prices may be high, but the ingredients are of excellent quality. Recommended.

It's all delicious. We scroll through the menu on an ipad and order directly. The large, airy terrace is appreciated. Beware, the prices charged are very (too?) high, even for a luxury hotel restaurant
