This other coastal wonder is a fossilized tree in the rock on the Ardmeanach Peninsula. It would have appeared 50 million years ago following an eruption of Ben More, which was then a volcano. The hiking trail is 285 km long. There are several ways to join Offa's Dyke. Our suggestion: cross the bridge, direction Tutshill (Gloucestershire) and go up the road.
