Don't be put off by the exterior, which doesn't look like much, because this is a real Piedmontese trattoria, and a chic version at that. The prices are a little higher than elsewhere but they are largely justified as the dishes are delicate, refined and presented as in a luxury restaurant. The products worked in the plate are of a very great quality. What more can we say? It is beautiful, it is good, and the service is warm and benevolent! Everything is perfect! A great success!

The specialities are typical Ladin dishes, with delicious meats cut in different ways and a nice selection of national and international wines, all accompanied by a professional, friendly and smiling service. Tasting menus for two people. Not a lot of meat, but there are vegetarian options too! The homemade desserts have nothing to envy the big restaurants, like the tiramisu served in its little casserole or the apfelstrudel

The panoramic view from Ütia Crëp de Munt, at an altitude of 2,000 meters, makes this one of those places that will always be remembered! The energy and creativity of the new owners, the Niederkofler brothers, have recently transformed this mountain hut into a very special place, where the best traditions of Alpine hospitality are highly respected and Ladin recipes are revived. No wonder the symbol of the hut is a chamois, one of the most graceful, agile and dexterous animals in the Dolomites.
