The Japanese gourmet restaurant YOSHI takes up summer quarters by the pool of the Métropole hotel in Monaco

The Odyssey space, designed by Karl Lagerfeld, is an intimate oasis located in the heart of the gardens of the Métropole hotel in Monte-Carlo. This glamorous setting is the ideal place to enjoy the summer evenings while tasting the subtle flavors of the only Michelin-starred Japanese restaurant on the Riviera.

The chef Takeo Yamazaki offers an inventive cuisine, like his signature dishes such as the " EBI SHINJO "(shrimp dumplings with kombu) and the " GHINDARA "(black cod marinated for 72 hours). Nigiri, maki, sashimi, fish or meat cooked with teppanyaki compete for freshness, accompanied by the best sake, whisky or Japanese green tea selected by the Head Sommelier.
