Opening in 2021, this address right in the middle of Place des Ferblantiers, is resolutely focused on streetfood yet healthy cuisine. On the menu: falafels, wraps, pitas and bowls, filled with good stuff to devour guilt-free. All washed down with just the right amount of sweet homemade lemonade. The atmosphere is fresh and green, right down to the color of the parasols. The friendly French owner keeps an eye on things. Mazel ticks all the boxes: simple, good and efficient.

Jean has taken on a unique challenge: to open the first vegan restaurant in the history of the thousand-year-old medina! The gamble paid off on the plate, where everyone agrees that the dishes are hearty, well served, the ingredients fresh and the pizzas particularly well prepared. And don't miss out on the salads, which would almost make the tomatoes in Moroccan salads blush with envy.
