As its name suggests, this restaurant has been delighting iodine lovers for many years. La Vitamine de la Mer occupies an old house, with a traditional style. Here you will enjoy fresh fish and seafood nicely prepared by a chef who knows his repertoire inside out. Clams, shrimp mayonnaise and fried food are among the great classics of the house. If the first floor is a bit cramped and dark with its brown roughcast, the terrace sheltered under a canisse is very pleasant.

Opening in 2021, this address right in the middle of Place des Ferblantiers, is resolutely focused on streetfood yet healthy cuisine. On the menu: falafels, wraps, pitas and bowls, filled with good stuff to devour guilt-free. All washed down with just the right amount of sweet homemade lemonade. The atmosphere is fresh and green, right down to the color of the parasols. The friendly French owner keeps an eye on things. Mazel ticks all the boxes: simple, good and efficient.

A little way from the medina, this is a restaurant worth discovering. This excellent restaurant offers fish and seafood at reasonable prices. The produce is fresh, straight from the market. We love the dishes presented steaming in thick clay plates and wooden cutlery. They are accompanied by dried fruit, olives and harissa. The specialty is barley soup with seafood. On the à la carte menu, you'll find the catch of the day, st. pierre, sole, pageot and sea bream. The attentive service adds to the pleasure.

Jean has taken on a unique challenge: to open the first vegan restaurant in the history of the thousand-year-old medina! The gamble paid off on the plate, where everyone agrees that the dishes are hearty, well served, the ingredients fresh and the pizzas particularly well prepared. And don't miss out on the salads, which would almost make the tomatoes in Moroccan salads blush with envy. As for drinks, try the fresh fruit juices to give you a boost before you set out again to explore the medina.

This café is nestled in a small cove at the foot of a recently developed promenade south of Cape Spartel, just before reaching Achakar beach. Here you can sit down after a swim in the choppy Atlantic waters that stretch as far as the eye can see. You will find an assortment of salads and grilled sardines, tajines of freshly caught fish. In the shade of the umbrella, you can watch the waves crashing on the rocks. A glass of mint tea accompanies this moment suspended in time.

Chicken satay, gambas biryani, spicy and fragrant tikka masala... all emblematic dishes that promise a culinary journey to Bollywood for dinner.

El Tangerino is one of the new trendy addresses in Tangier. It offers two atmospheres on two levels: the lounge bar with its subdued lights offers a nice wine and cocktail list. And the restaurant welcomes you in a marine atmosphere: fishing nets and ropes on the walls. It serves Spanish-inspired cuisine with Tangier notes: a wide choice of tapas, paella, tartars, meats and fish a la plancha as well as very good desserts. Nice view on the cornice from the first floor. Temporary exhibitions are also available.

Morocco does not mean that we are only satisfied with tagines on the menu, the healthy cuisine is also popular. Here, everything is made fresh and the plate as well as the decoration show the freshness. You can choose from a variety of salted toast with avocado or runny egg, hearty poke bowls and exotic flavored cheesecakes. Not to mention the tasty healthy fruit juices. A copy of the Ostrea in Casablanca, this restaurant also belongs to Jacques, who also owns the adjoining oyster farm. Here, on the other hand, the establishment offers a panoramic view of the sea where you can see the place where the oysters growing on the plate are growing.
