With their guest card, visitors to Innsbruck and the 25 charming villages in the surrounding area can take advantage of the free hiking shuttle and the hiking program for a host of adventures. The services offered by the latter are outstanding: you are taken by bus from the hotel to the starting point of the hike, equipment rental is also included free of charge, as is a competent guide from the Alpin Schule Innsbruck (ASI).

The ski region of the Alpbachtal and Wildschönau valleys offers 109 km of pistes on 326 ha with 46 lifts (cable cars, ski pulls, etc.) between Reith im Alpbachtal to the west of Alpbach and Niederau to the north-east in the neighbouring valley. Snow sports enthusiasts can enjoy downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, sledging, dog sledding or one of the three snow parks in the resort. Three ski schools and numerous facilities are available for the younger ones. The area is also famous for its night skiing; floodlights illuminate 6 slopes on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. In summer, four cable cars remain open. The first, in Reith im Alpbachtal, goes up to the Reither Kogel (1 337 m). The second, between Reith im Alpbachtal and Alpbach, takes you to the foothills of the Wiedersberger Horn (2,128 m), while the third, from the village of Niederau, climbs the Markachjoch (1,500 m). The last one, the Schatzbergbahn, starts in Wildschönau and climbs to 1,780 m. Skiing or hiking in these enchanting landscapes, green and flowery in the summer or covered with a thick blanket of snow in winter, is an unforgettable experience. This extraordinary hike across the Pasterze glacier is a race that requires you to be accompanied by a qualified person. The certified guides of the massif will lead you safely through the breathtaking scenery for a trek of about 6 hours. Of course, it is best to be properly equipped and fit to undertake this trek!

Ebene Reichenau is a remote mountain village, popular with hikers in summer and nature lovers who come to observe the rich biodiversity. In winter it becomes a village resort at the foot of the ski slopes. You can practice alpine skiing, but also Nordic skiing, snowshoeing and all forms of winter sports. It is the most beautiful ski area in the Nockberge, with a peak of 2,205 m. 42 km of slopes and 14 lifts. Snowpark

Austria offers a number of bungee jumping thrills, including one in the Katschberg-Rennweg region of Carinthia. From the wall of the Kölnbrein dam, you can take a dizzying plunge of 165 m into the turquoise waters. An experience for the brave! Tobogganing is a real sport! And it's very popular with Austrians, children and adults alike. The famous Pendolino run is an adrenalin booster with guaranteed thrills. It's a sled run that runs for 2 km, 400 m of which is almost vertical, through the mountain. You won't have time to enjoy the splendid landscapes you cross, but never mind!

Along the Talbach River, thisvia ferrata is safe and suitable for children and beginners. The difficulty increases gradually from A (easy) to D/E (very difficult), and at the end of each level you can stop and return to the starting point by following the signs for Rundwanderweg Klettersteig Talbach. At the end of the trail, the more adventurous will cross the rope bridge over the Talbach waterfall.

Welcome to thrill seekers and lovers of the peaks and canopy. This adventure park offers thirteen tree climbing courses punctuated by zip lines, suspension bridges and other challenges, all perfectly safe, of course. No time constraints, everyone can complete the course at their own pace. There is also a restaurant with a playground for children, as well as a Bike Academy with circuits and tests to be done on a mountain bike.

Kitzbühel is a well-known tourist destination. The vast ski area stretches from Kirchberg to the Thurn Pass, and can be reached from several points. The slopes are wide, long and perfectly groomed. Whether you're a beginner, a family or an experienced skier, there's something for everyone. The high quality of the slopes and the modern lifts guarantee a successful skiing vacation. And on Thursday and Friday, it's night skiing!

The Bergeralm ski area, with its 28 km of slopes and lifts, is transformed in summer into a vast area of fun and relaxation for young and old alike: a water playground for children, a bike park for two-wheeled enthusiasts and panoramic hikes for walkers. On their website, you can see in near-real time the number of runs and gondolas open, as well as snow and weather conditions.

To cook a Viennese schnitzel the old-fashioned way, head for the temple of the Wiener Schnitzel, the restaurant of the Grand Hotel Ferdinand on the Ring: the Meissl & Schadn. Procedure: hammer the meat, coat with flour, beaten eggs and breadcrumbs, then fry in hot oil. The result is a golden, crispy cutlet, but tender on the inside... Pack a schnitzel hammer in your suitcase to repeat the feat at home.

With 284 km of pistes, 90 lifts and over 80 mountain huts, it's the largest ski area in Tyrol and even Austria. In Söll, there's a 10 km night ski run, illuminated until 10:30 pm. In summer, the skiers give way to hikers who cover the 700 km of trails in the area. The panoramic trail links the four villages in the region, and the Kaiserjet bus service makes it easy to get back home!

A picturesque walk through the gorge of the Glemmbach torrent, between steep walls and coniferous forests. Beware: you'll have to cross the river several times, and the water level can be knee-deep! It's a good idea to pack a second pair of shoes. Perhaps not ideal if you're very prone to vertigo, but don't hesitate to turn back if you need to - no shame! Don't forget energy snacks and water, good clothes and walking sticks to take the strain off your knees!

This short walk follows the course of the Haselbach River to the highest waterfall in the Zillertal at 91 metres! Impressive and easy to reach via numerous footpaths. You can also continue the hike once you've reached the waterfall. Accessible with children. We'll gladly stay and eat a snack to the sound of the water tumbling between the trees on this dark rock. You can get up close and personal. A gentle, generous waterfall, probably not the most imposing you'll ever see.

A unique experience at an altitude of 2,040 m, an extraordinary zip line. Four of you will fly side by side in a lying position under the wings of a golden eagle. This descent at 80 km/h through the mountains will delight the most adventurous. It's quite dizzying, so obviously if you are afraid of heights this might not be the best activity to do... But dare and you will be surprised because you feel quite safe and well ripped off everywhere, legs, torso, feet: everything is done to fully enjoy the view!

Want to know all about chocolate? Head for the Heindl Chocolate Museum. A popular spot for chocolate lovers, it's the perfect opportunity to take a trip into the magical world of chocolate. The museum takes you behind the scenes of the chocolate factory, from cocoa cultivation and processing to the production of Sissi palets and Mozart chocolate balls. Chocolate film, chocolate fountains, a glimpse into the production process. The museum also organizes workshops, children's birthday parties and a wide range of other events.

2.8 km of track and 40 turns at up to 42 km/h: adrenalin guaranteed! A unique experience if you've never done one before, with breathtaking panoramic views all around the toboggan run. Big kids will probably have just as much fun as little ones. Beware: the speed is quite impressive, and there's no braking: thrills guaranteed. Be warned, though, that you'll need a strong heart!

It is Austria's largest climbing gym with an area of 1,200 m² and an average height of 16 m for indoor climbing, whether you are a beginner, a sports climber or an experienced climber. You will evolve on 2,300 m² of varied elements to climb with all levels of difficulty. Equipment (shoes, harnesses and helmets) can be rented on site. The site also offers courses and workshops, a vast sanitary infrastructure and a bar-café.

The Vienna Planetarium has the most modern star projector in the world, which presents the night sky with remarkable realism during a wide variety of astronomical shows. It is located opposite the Urania Observatory which occupies a beautiful Art Nouveau style building. This domed observatory is open to the public for daytime observations of the Sun, or in the evening the Moon and planets for a fun introduction to astronomy.

There are no cliffs in Vienna, so grab your climbing shoes and go climbing indoors. The Edelweiss Center offers a large climbing gym, ideal for perfecting your technique and fine-tuning your training before heading to the Austrian mountains. This is where top athletes come to train, with warm-up and ab workouts. Austrian climbers who live in Vienna are regulars here. Children come here to learn how to climb and young people enjoy meeting up.

The Austrian capital is home to a number of golf clubs that are open to non-members, including City & Country Golf, Golf Club Wienerberg, a 9-hole course popular with beginners, Golf Club Wien-Süssenbrunn, an 18-hole course 15 minutes from the center where competitions are held regularly, City Golf Vienna, a relaxed club, and Golf Club Marco Polo, a 9-hole course 15 minutes north of Vienna with a wide variety of courses. The Golf Club Wien Freudenau, meanwhile, is located in the middle of the green Prater, close to the city center.
