This is the restaurant of the Hotel Aldeia da Fonte. It offers a fusion cuisine, more sophisticated and as much appreciated by locals as by tourists. We offer a varied menu and a good choice of Azorean and Mediterranean dishes concocted with a gourmet touch, based on local products (organic seasonal vegetables, organic Azorean meat) enhanced with aromatic plants and surprising spices. The QB offers two types of restoration. The snack bar, on the lower level, and the gourmet restaurant, on the upper floor. The setting is magnificent and the terrace overlooks a beautiful garden. In the latter, chef Paulo Lourenço will fill your mouth with it. The octopus with its apple sauce is melting as you wish! The menu also offers delicious vegetarian choices. Cozy atmosphere and attentive service. It's a little expensive compared to other restaurants on the island, but the dishes are really delicious. Excellent address.
