The mahi-mahi aïoli, the gambas with apricot sauce or the taglioni with lobster perfectly illustrate the symbiosis of the elements. The menu reflects the subtle flavors of the islands that are combined with lightness and freshness. An elegant side surfs the Manapany restaurant which guarantees us a pure moment of culinary escape.

Opened by Marius in 1949, it was the first bar on Saint-Barth and is now the islanders' HQ. Right in the heart of Gustavia, under the shade of the flamboyant trees, it's the perfect place to spend a relaxed moment and join in the locals' discussions. Musicians perform here on certain evenings. It's the place to come for a traditional drink. The clientele is colorful, and the world's greats are bound to drop in. All the fish common to the Caribbean can be tasted on the spot like the local bouillabaisse, mahi-mahi in fish & chips and always accompanied by vegetables and sauces to fall!
