Inside the Noack Art Foundry, enjoy the gallery that hosts temporary exhibitions, before settling in at the Bar Brass bistro or restaurant. The bistro offers small appetizers, perfect if you're feeling peckish, but we suggest settling in a little longer to enjoy the restaurant on the banks of the Spree. The cuisine is inspired by French gastronomy, the dishes are refined and the products are regional. We recommend the oysters au gratin with coriander, jalapeño, grapefruit and trout caviar, a delight.
