The Suncheon municipality organizes daily tours in the area (Suncheon city tour). Be careful, you have to make reservations, especially for weekends. Ask directly at the station where there is an information kiosk. It's not expensive and it's a great way to discover the different and main sites in the surroundings (on the program: Seonamsa temples, Songgwangsa temple, Suncheon park and bay, the folk village, etc.) There are guides, who speak a little English. There are 3 daytime tours: the World Heritage (the most interesting of all), the East Sea and the Silla, as well as two nocturnal tours. To avoid disappointment, it's best to book in advance and avoid weekends. It's a great way to discover the richness of Gyeongju, and to limit transport fatigue.
