Directed since the beginning by Marie-Claude Donzé, this small company manages about fifty beehives which produce a high quality honey, regularly awarded. This honey is sold directly on site (store)and at the airport, in some supermarkets and stores in Port Mathurin. The honey house also offers several by-products: honey sweets or melts, throat spray or balm made from propolis, soap, body or hair cream made from beeswax and coconut oil, etc.
